Once we receive your order, we perform a standard authorization check to ensure your payment method has enough funds to cover the purchase. After successful authorization, your card will be charged, and the payment will be considered a deposit for the items you ordered. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, at which point the payment will be considered final for the listed items.

As our products are custom-made based on your specifications, production will begin only after payment has been confirmed.

To complete your purchase, simply click on the “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” button. You will be redirected to a secure payment processor where you can pay with your credit card or PayPal account. Transactions are processed through PayPal, and your credit card statement will list the charge under PayPal.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, whether that’s PayPal or your credit/debit card.
